We do not display fixed prices on this website. Every project is unique, and pricing is determined by us based on the scope, complexity, features, and timeline discussed directly with the client after an initial consultation. A final price and project scope will be shared and mutually agreed upon before any work begins.
Clients may choose to pay an advance (typically 10%, 30%, or 50% of the agreed project cost, depending on project size) before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion — or pay the full amount upfront. Payment terms are confirmed in writing (email/chat) before project commencement. For refund terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Clients are expected to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary content/access (such as hosting credentials, brand assets, or API keys) required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client in providing these may affect the delivery timeline.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full ownership of the final delivered project (source code and design) transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of Call Connect. Portfolio pieces, code snippets, and designs displayed on this website remain our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
While we follow industry best practices for development and deployment, we are not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, domain, payment gateways, APIs) or damages arising from misuse of the delivered product after handover.
